  • The above monthly tuition rates include a $10.00 per month billing fee and are based on 12 monthly payments (June – May).
  • Under the Monthly Payment Plan, tuition statements will be issued for 12 months beginning June 1, 2025 through May 1, 2026.
  • All families who pay tuition in monthly installments must participate in the Tuition Refund Insurance Plan. The Plan is optional for all other families.
  • You may elect to pay tuition Semi-Annually. Payment of one half of the tuition will be due June 15, 2025 and the remainder will be due November 15, 2025.
  • A non-refundable $200 enrollment fee is due with the signed contract for incoming families. For current families, the enrollment fee is added to the student billing statement.

• St. Paul's Tuition Assistance Program

  We are committed to making a St. Paul's education accessible to students from a range of socio-economic backgrounds. The purpose of the St. Paul’s Episcopal School Tuition Assistance Program is to enroll students who would be unable to attend St. Paul’s without financial assistance and would, by their attendance at the school, potentially gain life opportunities that they would not otherwise have. Additionally, these students’ achievements may be inspirational to other students, and their participation in the school community will broaden the overall student experience.
  
  

  Tuition Assistance Guidelines

  St. Paul’s does not grant academic or athletic scholarships. All awards are based on demonstrated financial need, and are revised on an annual basis. Both the number and size of Tuition Assistance grants are limited by the School’s financial resources. In the administration of its Tuition Assistance program, St. Paul’s adheres to the Principles of Good Practice of the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) member schools.
  
  Assistance may be granted to students in Kindergarten through Grade 12 who meet the academic requirements for admission as well as other requirements. Prospective parents may inquire through the Admissions Office about the availability of assistance for the grade their child is entering.
  
  

  Please note the following policies before applying for Tuition Assistance:

  • A student going through the Admissions process must be accepted to the School before his or her Tuition Assistance application will be reviewed by the Tuition Assistance Committee.
  • All parents/guardians applying for Tuition Assistance must be employed.
  • Current families must be in good standing with the Business Office before being considered for Tuition Assistance.
  • For a current student to receive Tuition Assistance he or she must be in good standing, academically, as stated in the Student-Parent Handbook. In addition, the Tuition Assistance Committee will review grades at the close of every semester and enforce academic policies put in place for students receiving Tuition Assistance.
  • The Tuition Assistance Committee will review any discipline infractions of students receiving Tuition Assistance at the close of every semester and enforce Tuition Assistance discipline policies.
  • Lack of confidentiality, including discussing the terms, or amount of Tuition Assistance will be grounds for Tuition Assistance removal.

  Information for Divorced and Separated Parents
  For applicants with divorced or separated parents, the Tuition Assistance Committee will consider the assets of the parent(s) responsible for and/or contributing toward tuition. If the financially responsible parent has remarried, we also consider the assets of the step-parent, bearing in mind the obligation to his or her own biological children.
  
  

  The Process for the 2025-2026 School Year

  2. Pay the non-refundable $60.00 processing fee online to FAST at the end of the application process in order for your information to be made available to St. Paul's
  3. Complete the TaxStatus consent form to grant FAST permission to safely and securely pull your 2023 tax information from the IRS into your application
  4. Upload your 2024 W-2 forms into your application

  • February 21, 2025 - Deadline for Tuition Assistance applications and required documents
  • March 31, 2025 - Notification of Tuition Assistance awards will be sent

• Other Information

  Campus Store and Book Sale

  Textbooks, uniform outerwear such as sweatshirts, rain parkas, and P.E. uniforms are available at the St. Paul’s Campus Store located on the Dogwood Lane campus. School supplies, summer reading books, and calculators are also available through the store. A used book sale is always held in the spring.
  
  Food Service

  Lunch programs for all students are available for purchase, or a student may choose to bring his or her lunch.

   

  Uniforms

  School uniforms are available through Zoghby's Uniforms.  A used uniform sale is always held in the spring.  There is also a used uniform shop on the school's Dogwood Lane campus.
