• Library Grades PreK-2

  Students in Grades PreK-2 enjoy weekly library time.  Emphasis is placed on creating a love of reading and learning basic library skills. During each session, all students in PK-2nd enjoy story time, computer time on Apple iPads that provide interactive stories, and checking out books. Different children's authors are featured each week, and special celebrations occur throughout the year.

• Library Grades 3-6

  Students in Grades 3-6 enjoy their own developmentally appropriate Media Center on the Dogwood Campus. The goal of this library is to provide an attractive media center which welcomes and encourages students to enjoy a wide variety of age appropriate fiction and nonfiction books. Each class uses regularly-scheduled library time to discover and check out new books, develop library skills, and receive technology instruction. Morning and afternoon hours are flexible so that students may return books, choose new books, or take Accelerated Reader quizzes.  

• Library Grades 7-12

  The Middle/Upper School Library serves students in Grades 7-12. Students come during study halls and frequently gather before and after school for research, reading, and study.  Teachers also bring their classes to receive instruction and conduct research.  Trained library staff are available for help with technology, book selection, and research.  Copying, scanning, and printing services are also available.
