Grandparents

Dear Saints Grandparents,

 

When Brian and I got the call asking if we would help with the Saints Fund this year, I recalled that we had helped as Past Parents and found my letter from ten years ago. I ended that letter by saying:

 

 

 

Little did I know that one of our children would in fact move back to Mobile, and that his two children would become Saints who adore their school as well. And there have been so many gifts and blessings that we never anticipated even as we hoped for grandchildren at St. Paul’s. Whenever we attend Singing on the Red Steps, sports events, or holiday performances, we never fail to feel as if we are having a grand reunion with the very parents we sat with in the pews and stands when our children were there as students. Now, we are enjoying the gift of the St. Paul’s experience all over again, and we also have the fun of watching our children’s friends as they parent their own. What a joy!

 

Brian and I feel privileged to be a part of this great Saints family, and count it a pleasure to know we have supported it all these years. Whether this will be your first year to make a gift, or your 35^th, we so hope you will join us in the fun and make a contribution this year in support of the St. Paul’s annual fund. We promise you won’t regret it – the returns are tenfold!
