Drivers’ Education
Must be 15 years of age and have a valid learner's permit before completing the driving portion. Upon satisfactory completion of the course students will receive a certificate of completion for drivers' education that may be used for insurance discounts. Students will also have the opportunity to earn their boater’s certification. In addition to the above, students may also be able to satisfy the driving portion of the driver's license test through drivers' education. They will drive with the instructor and receive a certificate through Alabama's third-party drivers' education course.

Third Grade Summer Reading Class: Third Grade Angels
Calling all 3rd grade Angels... Come join your friends! We will read "Third Grade Angels" together and complete the required summer assignment. We have fun Angel activities and art projects planned to go along with the book. Your assignment will be completed and ready to turn in on the first day of school!

Hi all future 4th graders! Come join us for a fun and exciting reading camp! Who will win the trophies and title of "4th Grade Tales Titan?" In this camp, we will read Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing and complete the summer reading project. We will review each chapter with fun games and reading relays, have sweet treats, and enjoy getting to know each other as we explore Peter's struggles with his pesky little brother Fudge.

Sixth Grade Reading Class: Come Harness the Wind with Dr. Burt and Mrs. Webb!
Join Dr. Burt and Mrs. Webb as we dive into this incredible memoir. We will read the book, The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind, and attempt to build our own windmills. This is a memoir telling the story of William Kamkwamba’s mission to bring electricity to his home. If successful, William’s family will be able to pump water to the family’s crops during one of his country’s worst droughts. By secretly reading books on physics and electricity, William teaches himself what he needs to know to help those he loves. This is a compelling account of how one person can change the lives of many through curiosity, determination, and perseverance. ACT Bootcamp

Math Camp
Join Mr. Brigham as he teaches you habits to help you get the best possible results out of your time and effort throughout the new school year. This course will focus on a refresher for math skills and will include the Pre-Algebra and Algebra skills needed for all St. Paul’s math classes. Students will then review the math course that they just finished before previewing the math course that they are moving into. The math portion of the ACT will also be addressed. In addition to math skills, there will be test taking and study skills for all subjects covered. Students will be given access to a OneNote notebook which contains practice problems and lessons for every math class from grades 7 -12 (a wonderful resource for the future if ever they need extra help).
