Massive Food Drive for Hunger Matters

 

The St. Paul’s family showed up BIG for the annual Hunger Matters food drive sponsored by the Student Government Association.  Each grade level was assigned specific foods to bring with over 8600 individual items coming in!  What happens to all the food?  Here are some of the beneficiaries: Ella Grant Elementary (almost 1000 weekend food bags), Callahan School for the Deaf and Blind (80 monthly food boxes), Eagles Landing (homeless veterans), The Joseph Project, Wilmer Hall food pantry, and George Hall Elementary.  Many thanks for all the donations which were counted and sorted by SGA members and other volunteers.
