Service Leadership Meets Grandfriends at Cathedral Place

 

Teachers Leslie Lerner and David Armstrong took the Service Leadership class to meet the elderly residents of Cathedral Place in downtown Mobile.  Each senior student was matched with a senior resident to learn about each other and enjoy stimulating conversation.  New friendships were quickly made and the students look forward to their next visit!  They also brought toiletries, a Christmas door hanger, gloves and socks, and treats for the residents.
